1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TEF Canada Prep ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on TEF Canada Prep for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer recurring premium subscriptions that provide unlimited access to the Service. Available subscription options include:

  • Weekly subscription
  • Monthly subscription
  • 3-month subscription

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account settings (via Stripe Billing Portal). Access continues until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

Legacy Premium Passes: If you purchased a one-time premium pass before our subscription model, your pass remains valid until its expiration date with no recurring charges. When your pass expires, you may subscribe to continue access.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Subscription users may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions or unused time. We encourage you to use the free trial before subscribing.

All purchases, including legacy one-time passes, are final and non-refundable.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on TEF Canada Prep are provided on an 'as is' basis. TEF Canada Prep makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall TEF Canada Prep or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on TEF Canada Prep.
