1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TEF Canada Prep ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on TEF Canada Prep for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Passes and Payments

We offer one-time pass purchases that provide unlimited access to the Service for a specified duration. Available pass options include:

  • 1-month pass
  • 3-month pass
  • 6-month pass

Passes are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. Once purchased, you will have unlimited access for the duration specified by your pass. Access automatically expires at the end of the pass period.

5. No Refund Policy

All pass purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason after purchase completion.

Before purchasing a premium pass, we strongly encourage you to:

  • Take advantage of our free trial that includes 3 Section A practice sessions and 3 Section B practice sessions
  • Test all features and ensure the platform meets your learning needs
  • Review the pass duration and features carefully before completing your purchase

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on TEF Canada Prep are provided on an 'as is' basis. TEF Canada Prep makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall TEF Canada Prep or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on TEF Canada Prep.
